Where The Crawdads Sing

Where the Crawdads Sing…A novel gifted to me by a very close friend of mine. Thank you so much Ms. Archana Pai for giving me a one of a kind novel.

The story has a very interesting yet sorrowful beginning where a little girl is abandoned by her family. She survives in the marsh with all the experiences she gained from the members of her family. No matter how much she hates being alone and craves for someone to show up, she loves the marsh with all her heart. A dirty, confused, unacceptable girl humiliated, harassed and tortured by the other people of the town turns into a beautiful, intelligent and brave girl. Recognised into the world of science and biology than what most of the men would not even think of becoming! A beautiful feeling of love brought happiness to her life, breaking all the realms she thought she knew.

This book also brings the harsh reality of the world, that believes what it hears and recreates words of its own. When the truth you see is actually a lie in whisper, and the reality tears you into a thousand broken pieces.

The moment you think you know all of someone or something, it opens an all new chapter for you to explore. Nature itself hides so many secrets and truths that might seem dark to a human eye. But there it is, deeper than before, mysterious as ever.

Once you give your all to something and someone That and only that will make you successful no matter what! If you hold on to something it will never leave you, hugs you tight and stays forever.

This novel teaches you so many things, especially the importance of the things that we generally avoid or overlook. From family time, to appreciating those lonely times~ we all have been there, to the times we feel shallow and to the time we just don’t care, deep dark secrets to the secrets that just bring sorrow. This book makes you love Yourself no matter how hard the world is, no matter how hard your love is, no matter how difficult your trust is! Somehow you still find a Silverline, that takes you to the moon, to that completeness, to the life that you deserve ~ with the people and place to find comfort in.
